📢 Job Description – Abuse Mapping Role
You will be part of a specialized team responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving reports related to abusive data on maps. Responsibilities include:

Handling escalations and sensitive abuse reports
-
Analyzing reported content and identifying abuse trends
-
Applying client-specific guidelines and moderation policies
-
Participating in process improvement and continuous learning
-
Investigating and debugging abuse-related content issues
-
Collaborating with internal teams to escalate or resolve edge cases
-
Drafting detailed summaries and communication with users/reporters
-
Ensuring adherence to SLAs, compliance, and data security
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile

Education: Any Graduate (in any discipline)

Experience:
-
Freshers or
-
1–2 years in content moderation, abuse mapping, or trust & safety operations
-
-
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
-
Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts (including weekends and holidays)

Strong analytical, investigation, and debugging abilities
-
Prior experience in process execution or abuse handling is a plus
-
Comfortable discussing socially sensitive topics with empathy
