💼 Job Responsibilities
As a Junior Relationship Executive (JRE), you’ll play a key role in branch operations and customer relationship management.
Key Duties:
- Attend and assist walk-in clients at the branch.
- Appraise and verify gold jewellery as per company norms.
- Handle loan documentation and processing.
- Cross-sell banking and financial products to achieve targets.
- Conduct field visits and meet corporate clients for business development.
- Coordinate with banks for reconciliations (BRS) and accounting activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper maintenance of branch records.
- Follow all organizational procedures and policies diligently.
- Engage in tele-calling for interest collections and client follow-ups.

✅ Education: Any Graduate
✅ Experience: 0 – 3 Years (Freshers Welcome)
✅ Age Limit: Below 29 years
✅ Gender: Male candidates only
✅ Skills Required: Good communication, sales aptitude, and basic financial knowledge
