💼 Job Description
Join Infosys BPM’s dynamic BFSI team and play a crucial role in identifying, investigating, and reporting suspicious financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct transaction monitoring and AML investigations to identify SAR/No SAR cases.
- Prepare detailed Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) with strong narratives and reasoning.
- Analyze transaction patterns and escalate suspicious cases for further investigation.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to AML regulations.
- Prepare and submit SARs to relevant authorities as per compliance norms.
- Utilize MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness in investigations and reporting.
👤 Candidate Requirements
✅ 1–2 years of experience in AML, Transaction Monitoring, or Financial Investigation
✅ Strong analytical and decision-making skills
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
✅ Graduate in any discipline
✅ Flexible to work in US Night Shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
✅ Immediate Joiners preferred
