Job Description/Skills Required

Jr. Relationship Executive Age- Between 21 to 30 Years Qualification- Regular Graduate (Non IT) EXCEPT B TECH & can apply for this post Experience- Candidates with Sales or Operations will be preferred. Between 0- 2 Years in Banking Operations / Accounting. Freshers can also apply. Job Profile- The candidate would be responsible for : * Collecting, Checking and Verifying the Gold * Detailing the customer about available loan schemes. * Documentation, posting and updating the system. * Preparation of daily statement, printout, setting of vouchers. * Filling of vouchers, cash book, statement, advice and other accounting works. * Taking care of movement of Cheques / cash handling. * Coordination with Banks and regional office. Freshers can apply for Jr .Relationship Executive. 2. Customer Care Executive Age- Between 21 to 30 Years Qualification- Regular Graduate (Non IT) & EXCEPT B TECH can apply for this post . Job Profile – (Females Only below 30 yrs) Manages all customer communication with the appropriate level of etiquette, timeliness and professionalism. Generate business and leads for new loans from new customers Handle branch walk-ins for business generation Generate referrals through existing customer base and walk-ins. Meetings with HNI, corporates and institutional clients to promote gold loan proposition. To handle customer requests and complaints and take it to closure. Understand the need of the customer and cross sell other products accordingly. Generate business and leads for other products like insurance, NCDs, gold coin etc. Enter meetings, leads, conversions(self-sourced and referred leads) in play book/CRM daily
