Job Description/Skills Required
- Build an understanding of what is critical to the business, allowing you to make the appropriate decisions which impact the Leaders time.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings. Drive agenda and maintain minutes of meeting and follow-up for action items.
- Planning and executing coordination for morale events, offsites, All Hands events, quarterly business updates, weekly LT meetings and other regular occurring meetings.
- Manage team head count, requisition execution and new employee setup.
- Proactively plan, coordinate, and manage travel arrangements both domestic and internationally for the managers.
- Prepare and approve expense reports with a strong understanding of compliancy.
- Procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, asset tracking, and facility requests.
- Manage team space for NHs, moves and space reshuffles by working with the other stakeholder such as RE&F and other team admins.
- Process team POs and vendor accounts. Track them as needed.
- Own and maintain discretionary team budget.
