Job Role or Description
- Responsible for Treasury Operations i.e. daily cash management including maintenance of cash flow forecast, management of bank accounts and FX positions. Ensure compliance with financial accounting, company and statutory requirements, accounting standards and policies. Global Treasury, Oil and Gas, Mumbai City* Provide financial and non-financial reporting and business reviews along with highlighting variance on financial performance. Maintenance of the internal control environment and liaison with internal & external auditors. Understand and monitor key financial and control risks and ensure mitigations are in place. Tax administration & optimization. Monitor all debt schedules and ensure that their servicing & records are in order including I/C loans. Assist Global Treasury in its journey for standardization, reinforcement of internal controls & workflow efficiencies especially in I/C loan management, FX & Trade Finance activities. Identify opportunities for process improvements & cost optimization and drive those initiatives. Assist with the creation and maintenance of treasury procedures. Other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
