- Performing month end closing & reporting for different Real Estate Portfolios
- Ensuring month end analysis for MetLife Real Estate Equity & Commercial Leasing Analysis
- Analyze, validate and process transactions as per Desktop procedures
- Perform system Reconciliation activities
- Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters
- Perform variance analysis & effectively manage research/resolution/follow-ups with Stateside
- Analyze and research all discrepancies
- Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards
