Job Description/Skills Required
- Identification of incoming payments from customers, financiers, dealers or third parties in bank portals towards sale of cars
- Matching and linking of payment transactions with customer masters and posting of receipts in SWT and issuing of receipts to customers and other payers
- Reconciliation of open transactions between Bank account and SWT system
- Follow-up with dealers for the missing information in the customer payment transaction line items-wise
- Provide timely payment details to sales team to initiate invoicing of cars
- Clearance of open items in customer master accounts and initiate the refund of excess money received, if any
- Regular coordination with banks, dealers, sales and taxation departments to ensure completeness of the sales transactions
