- Shift: Ready to work in any shift (24×7)

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable:
- Review and process invoices, providing resolutions for discrepancies.
- Manage invoice processing for PO, Non-PO, and utilities.
- Audit invoices and manage payment processing.
- Utilize ERP systems like SAP, Navision, or others for invoice processing.
2. Record to Report:
- Manage the month-end closing process.
- Handle reconciliations, including key and non-key accounts.
- Process standard and recurring journal entries (J/Es) such as accruals, prepaid, deferrals, and leases.
- Work with ERP systems such as SAP, Blackline, HANA Ariba s4, HRC High Radius.
3. Cash Applications/Collections:
- Post payments from various lockboxes to customer accounts.
- Research and resolve aged unidentified and unapplied cash receipts.
- Accurately post payments to customer accounts.
- Contact customers to collect delinquent amounts or obtain payment promises.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/BBA/CA/CMA)
