Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end Record to Report process.
- Ensure accurate and timely closing of books, financial statements, and reporting.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare necessary reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes.
- Excellent understanding of US-based accounting standards and practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a US shift.
- Willingness to relocate to Mohali, if currently based in another location.
