Skills & Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FPNA):
- Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of unexpected variance
- Oversee and manage the development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan, and modeling tools
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Prepare quarterly and monthly financial reports
- Implement and work with Business Intelligence Tools and Dashboard reports
- Evaluate processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in various initiatives
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management
Record to Report (RTR):
- Handle day-to-day transactional services, including period-end activities like journal entry, fixed asset accounting, internal order creation, and reconciliations
- Support reporting functions and ensure targets are met daily
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT)
- Maintain query logs and support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
