Role & responsibilities :
Field Service Executives primary responsibility is to acquire & on-board customer in their assigned territory. Responsible to convert onboarded customer to paid services.
Preferred candidate profile
- Responsible for selling and promoting products or services to both new and existing customers.
- Require comprehensive knowledge about the product, target audience, customer needs.
- Responsible to help customer understand products better and ensure they provide accurate information to potential customers.
- Responsible to identify potential customers and engage with them through calls and presentations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
Required to collaborate with different teams within the organization.
- Must have outbound sales experience (preferably direct sales)
