Critical Skills / Competencies Required :
Accounting Knowledge, Operational knowledge of AIF / Equity Markets, including Derivatives, Excel, AIF regulations and fund accounting system like Wealth Spectrum
Key Accountability :
- Ensuring error free accounting of all financial transaction, trades and NAV processing of AIF Cat II & III Schemes
- Co-ordination with fund accountant, custodian, bank, brokers, auditors RTA & other vendors for routine operations
- Manging drawdown calls, its reconciliation and unit allotment
- Good understanding of taxation of Cat II & III Schemes, TDS accrual, payments & Return preparation and filings
- Understanding of distributions, Outward remittance, preparation of 15CA / CB forms for Cat-II Schemes
- Ensuring all regulatory reportings and compliances in defined time frame
- Ability to manage internal, concurrent and statutory audits
- Managing vendors to ensure deliverables are in line with SLAs & their payments
- Client on-boarding, allotment of units, managing drawdown calls, issue of periodic communication to investors through RTA
- Awareness of launch activity of new Schemes
- Ensuring quick resolution of query/complaints for a better customer experience
- Ensure processes are prepared, updated and implemented
