Job description
Role & responsibilities:
- Visit assigned customers to collect outstanding payments and debts.
- Direct interaction with customers, negotiation & ensuring timely payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
- Travel to various locations as required to meet with customers and collect payments.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduate In any field with minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Collections .
- Good knowledge of legal regulations and compliance related to debt collection.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Must be comfortable working in different environments and dealing with diverse customer backgrounds.
