Job Description/Skills Required
- To be part of L3 Level business unit operations group
- Planning and tracking resource details for L3 Level Engagement
- Detailed understanding of Finance Concepts like DRC, Expense, Margin & Overheads
- Experience in handle financial planning & analysis for large customers
- Responsible for Service Delivery unit level meeting with Leadership.
- To handle and deliver error free customer reports.
- Responsible for operational parameters such as Utilization, project expenses, CAPEX costs
- Responsible for Client On boarding activities, Contract SOWs documentation management
- Responsible for customer audit, Information security and other compliance requirements tracking.
- Revenue & cost forecasting consolidation and conducting scheduled reviews with Leadership.
- Responsible for billing submission & payment receipts tracking
- To create optimization plans for infrastructure, labs & seats.
- Experience in handling Customer Visits (including CEO/CXO) for large scale engagement.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders for data consolidation including admin, HR and other enabling functions
