Job Description/Skills Required
- Strong Team Lead to manage Market Operations & Regulatory Reporting across 20+ staff
- Handling of FX/ Derivatives/ Underlying Desk/ FIMM & Loans product operations
- End to end handling of regulatory reports and data submission to Regulatory
- Oversight on Risk Based supervision data point and performing variance analysis.
- Risk & Control oversight for the teams across products and reports
- Identifies process gaps, drives Initiatives and digitization across processes
- Responsible for audits and data quality for the RBI Inspection/ any other internal testings
- Co-ordination with other operation trade support finance team for control management.
- Establishing effective partnerships with teams in several areas of the bank in different capacities.
- To follow best practice and procedure to ensure no control breaches
- Close partnership with Regional stakeholders and Business Management
- Interaction with regulatory authorities on product and process related agenda
