Job Role or Description

• Quarterly consolidation of financial statements and analysis Application of Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards) Interaction with auditors, subsidiary and associate companies Knowledge of income tax law AREAS OF EXPOSURE/ WORK BACKGROUND: Consolidated Financial reporting, including interaction with auditors, subsidiary and associate companies, application of accounting standards (Ind AS), use of consolidation software (Hyperion) etc. Working Knowledge of SEBI and Companies Act as far as relate to Accounting and Reporting is concerned will be added advantageous for the candidate. BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES: Communication skills, both written and oral should be excellent, should be a team player, should have orientation for continuous learning & improvement.
