Job Description:

• Optimization of maintenance plans Using RCM methodology and FMEA Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industries.. This includes creating reliability block diagrams and identifying bad actors.
• Responsible for Maintenance & Commissioning of Equipment such as:- both Static & Rotating Equipment.
• PM, CM & Predictive Maintenance carried out on historical basis
• Overhauling of Rotary Equipment’s & Shutdowns executed for entire Plant carried with detailed planning of activities.
• Analysis of Maintenance data and change in maintenance strategy.
• Experience in DCS and PLC related activities. Plant Routine PM Jobs, Breakdown jobs, Work-Permit.
• SAP-PM & MM Master data Change & CMMS implementation
• Experience with Spares strategy management and SPIR.
• Turnaround planning and scheduling. Create master schedule and highlight critical path.
• Experience with SIL review.
