• Excellent Communication to handle International clients Adhere to TAT and accuracy , report out daily performance and update all performance logs and Report KPI’s/SLA’s as per agreed timelines Perform assigned activities as per defined timelines and accuracy parameters of the process Desired Candidate Profile 1. Freshers with good English Communication is Mandatory 2. Qualification : Graduation compulsory (Without any standing arrear’s) 3. Shifts – Night shift 4.
