Job Description/Skills Required
- Purpose of the Role
- To complete the audits as per the plan and carry out special assignments as per Management requirement.
- Job duties/Responsibilities:
- Primary:
- To be part of a team of professional qualified accountants, carry out the audits of all financial / accounting operations and OE testing of ICFR.
- Secondary:
- To work on achieving other departmental objectives like developing data analytics, continuous auditing system, system audits, digitalization initiatives etc.
- Department Activities:
- Corporate Audit Services (CAS) is responsible for carrying out the internal audit of L&T and its Subsidiary & Associate Companies and reporting the observations to Management and Audit Committee.
- Behavioural Competencies: Good Communication (Written & Oral), Good Team Player with high inter-personal skills, Presentation Skills, Multi-tasking, willingness to travel, Analytical and risk assessment skills. Should Possess good leadership skills to build career growth in the Company.
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of ERP like SAP, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Areas of Exposure/ Work Background: Desired experience in Internal Audit in good engineering/ construction/ large manufacturing companies.
- Good knowledge of Accounting Standards, Accounting, compliances to statues, Good analytical skills.
