Roles and Responsibilities
1. Bank MIS
- Submission of Stock statement
- Submission of Financial Follow up report.
- Submission of End use certificate/UFCE/Due diligence
- Responding to all queries from banks related to submitted reports.
- Ensuring the CRISIL rating renewal on timely basis
- Coordination of Consortium documentation
2.Bank Guarantee
- Vetting and issuance of bank guarantees (Export & Domestic)
- Maintaining BG tracker and the MIS
3.Forex Management
- Daily pricing and Timely cancellation of Forward contracts based on inward remittance.
- Ensuring the remittance credit on same day
- Submission of hedge effectiveness dashboard to Corporate
- End to end follow up MTT transaction well within framed timeline.
- Form ODI submission for capital infusion and corporate guarantee
4.Interunit (Foreign Payroll processing)/Others
- Booking of debit notes and reconciliation thereof
- A-2 payments (Form 15CA & CB) to interunit and travel advance to our employees.
- Checking the travel bill of foreign employees and adjusting with travel advance
- BG Commission checking & booking & Prepaid accounting.
- PPLC certificate from Auditors
- Net worth certificates from Banks & Auditors
- Annual foreign exposure certificate from Auditors
- Maintenance of Margin money details related to BG & interest accounting.
- OBICUS (RBI)
- Vetting of incoming BG & LC
