Job Description/Skills Required
- Team Lead for the SSC R2R team at Chennai. To be responsible for ensuring that
- – R2R activities are performed as per SOPs
- – No deviation in the controls
- – Accounting entries are posted after due verification and authrorisation
- – Closing activities are performed as per the agreed SOPs and timelines
- – Financial Accounts and schedules are prepared as per the applicable accounting standards (IndAS)
- – Guide the team on technical matters / issues
- – Identify control issues and put in place proper controls
- – Identify new candidates for migration to SSC and takeover the activities
- – Provide MIS on the activities handled by SSC
- – Develop and provide valuable insights on the unit’s financials
- – Team development
- – Liase with stake holders and ensure that deliverables are met to their satisfaction
- – Liase with internal / external auditors and ensure audit is carried out without any adverse opinion / report
