Key Responsibilities
Debt Advisory & Resolution
- Support managers in executing debt advisory and restructuring assignments.
- Develop financial and business models for client engagements.
- Conduct sector and industry analysis.
- Perform primary and secondary market research.
- Assist in debt resolution and restructuring projects.
Transaction Support
- Support end-to-end transaction execution.
- Prepare Teasers and Information Memorandums (IMs).
- Coordinate investor outreach and respond to investor queries.
- Assist in term sheet negotiations and deal structuring.
- Maintain client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Financial Analysis
- Analyze financial statements and company performance.
- Conduct peer benchmarking and competitor analysis.
- Evaluate historical financial trends.
- Prepare financial models and valuation inputs.
- Support strategic decision-making with analytical insights.
Insolvency & Restructuring
- Assist in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).
- Support liquidation advisory assignments.
- Work on engagements under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
- Assist in debt refinancing and restructuring projects.
- Support lenders, sponsors, and investors during resolution processes.
Risk & Compliance
- Evaluate financial, commercial, and legal risks.
- Ensure compliance with KPMG’s internal policies.
- Adhere to regulatory and independence requirements.
- Stay updated on evolving restructuring regulations and market trends.
