Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk-based checks on groups and members post loan disbursement.
- Verify existence of groups, members, and compliance with approved geo-limits.
- Scrutinize KYC documents and loan structures to detect anomalies.
- Identify involvement of unauthorized third parties in the sourcing process.
- Investigate misappropriation of funds, unauthorized EMI collections, and fraudulent practices.
- Ensure borrower eligibility test (BET) compliance and group record maintenance.
- Engage with Business and Credit teams for resolving risk-related cases.
- Support in fraud investigations, recovery procedures, and legal recourse.
- Report MIS data to location managers and regional teams.
- Highlight incorrect or fraudulent details in loan structures.
