Role Objective
The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overall branch performance, including operational excellence, deposit growth, cross-selling of financial products, regulatory compliance, people management, and profitability (P&L) of the branch.
Key Responsibilities / Deliverables

Drive deposit mobilization and enhance the branch liability base

Ensure high standards of customer service delivery

Cross-sell non-deposit products such as Mutual Funds and Insurance

Manage fee income, branch administration, and regulatory compliance

Oversee branch productivity, staff performance, and morale

Ensure break-even and P&L responsibility of the branch

Coordinate with product, marketing, and other verticals for new initiatives

Support sales campaigns, service enhancements, and business growth
Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Banking

Currently working in Branch Banking vertical

Strong exposure to liability products and sales
