Position: Elite Relationship Manager
As an Elite Relationship Manager ,This is a full-time on-site role for an Elite Relationship Manager located in Mumbai . The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net-worth clients, providing personalized financial advice and solutions, building and maintaining long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Who Should Attend?
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Education: MBA, CA, CAIB, or equivalent graduation.
- Experience: 4-8 years Previous experience in relationship management or relevant fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Skills: Good Leadership skills (though more tactical than strategic) Thinker: Doer 40:60 In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer DELIGHT
What to Expect
- Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets.
- Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
- Cross sells existing bank products to customers.
- Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
- Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
- Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
