Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients by leveraging entry points within these organizations to promote Kotak 811 products.
- Drive the acquisition of new customers for Kotak 811 digital banking while cross-selling bank products to existing corporate salary account customers.
- Handle investment and insurance requirements of clients, informing them about new products or enhancements to expand banking relationships.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction by tracking customer complaints and queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with other group companies to promote awareness of Kotak 811 products among employees of these companies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer accounts and ensure penetration of group/family accounts within the existing customer base.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline from any UGC recognized university.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably in liability sales or with knowledge of KYC processes. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Age Limit: Applicants should be 26 years or less.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to travel extensively within city limits, and must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Strong customer focus, proactive approach, and ability to go beyond professional needs to enhance customer value.
