Role Summary
Grant Thornton is looking for experienced audit professionals to lead audit engagements under its Remote Service Delivery Model. The selected candidate will execute and supervise audit assignments, mentor junior team members, collaborate with US audit teams, and ensure compliance with the firm’s audit methodology and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of Grant Thornton’s audit approach, methodology, and tools.
- Execute audit engagements efficiently under the remote service delivery model.
- Gain an understanding of client operations, business processes, and objectives.
- Review audit work performed by Analysts and Associates.
- Ensure timely completion of audit engagements while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to junior team members.
- Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions for staff.
- Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously.
- Build strong relationships with US audit teams and resolve complex audit issues.
- Ensure audit documentation complies with firm quality standards.
- Participate in professional development and technical training programs.

Professional Experience
- CA/CPA with 2–5 years of public accounting experience.

- Big 4 experience is highly preferred.
- Experience leading audit teams and handling multiple client engagements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and audit methodologies.
- Experience in external audit and financial statement audits.
- Ability to manage teams of 2–3 Analysts/Associates.
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Experience working with global or US-based audit teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Important Note
Candidates with CA/CPA qualifications, strong public accounting experience, and expertise in Corporate Audit, US GAAP, and external audit engagements will be preferred.
