Job Responsibilities:
- 100% open market acquisition through field sales (canopy/umbrella activity, cold calling, referrals).
- Promote Kotak 811 digital savings account and other financial products.
- Manage and convert leads in assigned geographical areas.
- Build long-term customer relationships and cross-sell bank products like FDs, SIPs, insurance, and personal loans.
- Meet daily and monthly acquisition targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and target-based roles.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (carry proof at the interview).
- Age limit: Max 28 years
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year in sales
