Kotak Mahindra Bank is conducting a walk-in drive for the position of Relationship Officer – Kotak 811 in South Delhi. This opportunity is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are interested in retail banking, customer acquisition, and field sales.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new Savings Account (SA) and Current Account (CA) customers.
• Generate business through open-market activities, cold calling, canopy activities, and customer references.
• Ensure account activation and balance maintenance.
• Cross-sell banking and financial products such as:
  • Life Insurance (LI)
  • General Insurance (GI)
  • SIPs
  • Personal Loans (PL)
  • Fixed Deposits (FD)
• Manage customer relationships and provide quality service.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work within assigned geographical territories (PIN-code based).

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with banking/financial sales experience can apply.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
• Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler is mandatory.
• Willingness to work in a field-sales role.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
