Key Responsibilities

Handle customer complaints via Email / Chat / Calls

Manage Level-1 Escalations and ensure closure

Coordinate with internal teams for resolutions

Maintain TAT and service commitments

Track escalation data for analysis & training needs

Suggest process improvements for better CX

Ensure customers don’t escalate to senior management
