Roles & Responsibilities for CA Freshers
As a CA Fresher at Kotak Mahindra Bank, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will help you build a strong foundation in banking finance, including:
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare financial reports, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Auditing: Assist in internal audits and ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards.
- Taxation: Contribute to tax planning and ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and help implement strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications Required
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (experience in banking is a plus, but not mandatory).
