Job Description/Skills Required
- At FIMM , we are dealing with all Investment in Fixed Income and Money Market Instruments. It involves following:-
- To liaise with Financial Institution and front office for availing Refinance and repayment of Interest and Principal
- Monitoring of listing of Bonds and Debentures on stock exchange
- To monitor Dividend declaration dates and Dividend flow on Equity shares
- Reconciliation of Funds and Securities with Calypso system and RBI statement
- Monitoring of Borrowings on CCIL platform (TREPS) and settlement of deals in CALYPSO system
- Ensuring timely & accurate submission of MIS and regulatory returns.
- Liaise with auditors (external and Internal)
- Computing and Monitoring of SLR on a daily basis
- Liaise with Bank for Documentation for Investing in IPO of Equity shares.
- Monitoring the Credit Ratings for Bonds and Debentures
