About the Role
As an Assistant Manager – Branch Operations, you’ll play a key role in managing new business proposals, customer service, underwriting, and retention activities at the branch level. You’ll work closely with customers, medical centers, and sales teams to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Process new business proposal forms and support underwriting.

Provide end-to-end customer service and renewal follow-ups.

Educate and retain customers opting for policy surrender.

Manage ECS registration and customer communication.

Handle premium receipting, cash and cheque banking.

Coordinate with medical centers for policy proposals.

Drive business conversions and ensure timely TAT adherence.

Support cross-selling and S2S (Service to Sales) initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate (B.Com preferred)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in BFSI, insurance, or branch operations

Excellent communication, customer handling, and coordination skills
