Job Description/Skills Required
- Credit Approval for Proposals in line with Credit policy guidelines and credit delegation
- Conduct Personal discussion on cases
- Maintain Agreed TAT for approval
- Impart Training to Sales distribution channels and other functions on policy and process
- Co-ordinate with Credit vendors to identify the risk / Frauds prevailing in locations and take measures to mitigate the same
- Prepare collateral policy in consultation with Lawyers and valuers understanding the market practices
- Maintain list of Negative areas and negative properties
- Work closely with area sales , Product group and Operations to constantly refine underwriting processes
- Maintain data on Waivers
- Provide input on competitive guidelines from time to time to ensure that there is a competitive benchmarking

- Financial Skills to underwrite the proposal
- Knowledge of Legal practices and documentation specific to market
- Location Specific Knowledge of Geo Limits, Profiles , Fraud Triggers , Business practices , Technical evaluation
