USP of the role:
Target of ARDM is only 8 L, if he or she does 8 L business; ARDM can expect a promotion with grade change and CTC hike between 10 to 12 % with immediate effect and will not have to wait for annual appraisal.
Desired Candidate Profile A candidate with at least two years of field sales experience in any industry is preferred.
The candidate needs to have worked in the relevant employment area (Job Location) for at least two years
Must have two-wheeler
Local candidates are preferred with good communication
The age range for candidates is 25 to 39.
It is preferable for applicants to reside with family; candidates residing in Hostel or with friends are not recommended
