Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing accounting and finance operations
- Financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Statutory compliance and internal audits
- Costing and financial reporting
- Work on ERP systems and support senior finance teams
Candidate Requirements:
- Recently qualified CA or CMA (Cost Accountant)
- Strong conceptual understanding of accounting principles and taxation
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Willing to relocate and work from Salem, Tamil Nadu
