Handle inbound customer queries related to banking products and services

Perform account and transaction-related support over voice

Maintain customer satisfaction with a problem-solving approach

Collaborate with internal departments when needed
✅ Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate (UG or PG) – Mandatory
-
💬 Language Proficiency: Must speak Hindi + English + 1 Regional Language
(E.g., Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Oriya, Punjabi, Marathi, Assamese, Konkani) -
📅 Experience: 0–1 Year only (Candidates with >1 year exp not eligible)

👥 Shift: Rotational shifts & rotational week off (6-day work week)
