Job Role or Description
- Manage Overall Performance of Record to Report Experience in managing the closing and reporting for a large scale manufacturing, Utility and service company.
- Should have managed the audit of Big 4
- Should have handled accounts closing and finalization of large manufacturing listed organisation (Indian or MNC) with compliance of SEBI.
- Should have experience in handling RTR function across different verticals (Manufacturing, Utilities, Service Industries)
- Should have managed large scale project capitalization.
- Manage overall performance of the F&A RTR process by providing strategic and operational leadership, ensuring effective service delivery, maximum client satisfaction and team management
- Negotiate, develop and deliver SLAs and ensure flawless execution of operational processes and procedures by the SSC team.
- Develop dashboards for external and internal customers.
- Should be able to visualize the gaps in the processes and change the process.
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for RTR function on a timely and accurate basis
- Drive continuous improvement through re-engineering, lean/six sigma, best practices framework, benchmarking, analytics to assure progressive service levels and lower costs
