Job Description/Skills Required
You’ll make an impact by:
Work closely with line of business and operations
Work with the different sub functions for research and resolution of various line items
Manage the monthly/quarterly/half yearly and yearly deadlines
Develop and maintain financial reports and schedules to be in line with US / LOCAL GAAP
To work with client service team/onshore teams from time to time
To prepare the US Reg /Local Reg reporting within definite timelines
To adhere to SOX, RCSA, Audits, QA, and other MIS functions
Perform various control procedures to ensure the integrity of reported financial results
Work on two way/ three way reconciliation between Fund Managers and Broker Statements/Custody records
Monitoring and analysis of key drivers impacting business performance against plan & forecast including providing insightful commentaries.
Identifying, a ssessing, validating best practices and propagating them across other businesses
Providing support for adhoc requests such as business review decks, process re-engineering,
implementation of new regulations/policies

Qualification – Fresher CA pass – Both the parts in 1 st or 2 nd attempt ONLY
Completed 3 years of articleship
Post CA Work Experience: 0 – 6 Months
Education Gap – Only up to 1 year
Graduation year : 2020 or 2021 with min. 50%
A well-rounded academic background with an interest in financial management
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting procedures, internal and external reporting, and variance analysis
Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Comfortable to join our offices in Mumbai & Bengaluru
