Job Role or Description

• – Leading a team of 6-7 financial analysts Partnering with select business leaders to ensure business practices also meet financial goals Contributing forward thinking financial insight to support strategic planning efforts Oversight for: Financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting and analysis Efficiency reporting, analytics and strategy – including, but not limited to – location strategy, span of control, reporting and analytics Financial business cases supporting business initiatives Creating senior level business review presentation material Development and tracking of key performance metrics, creating presentations, and generally providing financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management Enhancing financial controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible Partner with business to gather insights on changes to operations, volume/productivity, and strategic initiatives Act as key liaison between business leads and Servicing CFO / Home Lending finance organization
