Job Role or Description
This position will be primarily responsible for daily MSR P&L attribution and BAU reporting, as well as assisting on month end close and MSR forecasting. It will require partnering with a number of teams, such as Capital Markets, Financial Control, P&A, Market Risk, Control and Technology.Duties And Responsibilities
- Production of the daily and month-end P&L reporting processes
- Daily P&L substantiation and attribution or revenue drivers
- Close working relationship with Columbus-based Controller team in relation to general ledger postings, month-end close process, and external reporting
- Close working relationship with Finance and P&A groups for accurate, cohesive, and timely reporting of forecast updates
- Assisting in compilation of forecast submissions and revenue commentaries (forecast submissions includes monthly forecasts, budget updates, CCAR and other risk appetite report).
- Preparation and review of 10Q/10K reporting submissions
- Substantiation of MSR inputs, model changes, and results for analysis, risk management, and external reporting
- Assist in internal audit and external audit requests
- Enhance existing control framework, including reconciliation points and source data
- Creation and maintenance of procedural documentation for all duties
