Eligibility Criteria:
- UG: Any Graduate
- Prior experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory
- Must be local to Gurugram or Delhi
Required Skills:
- Experience in sourcing MRO/Contracts/Raw Material
- Creation & Releasing of RFQ & MRO in SAP
- Price negotiation with vendors and purchase planning
- Strong understanding of MRO/Service Order buying and procurement processes
- SAP expertise for purchase requisition, purchase order creation, and vendor database management
- Ability to handle procurement of MRO/Service Orders, including RFQ process and comparative statement preparation
Job Description:
- Responsible for sourcing MRO, contracts, and raw materials
- Conduct RFQ process, interact with vendors, and prepare comparative statements
- Manage purchase requisitions, convert to purchase orders, and communicate with vendors
- Resolve issues, maintain vendor databases, and coordinate master data creation
- Create and maintain rate contracts in SAP and manage catalog buying portals
