Job Description:

As an RTR Lease Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end Record to Report operations—including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and lease accounting. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and maintain General Ledger (GL) accounts.
• Record and review journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Manage Fixed Assets, accruals, and bad debt provisions.
• Perform period-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and handle cash management activities.
• Clear open items in ledgers and ensure financial accuracy.
• Work extensively on SAP applications for RTR processes.

Required Skills:

• 4–6 years of solid experience in RTR – Lease Accounting within a BPO setup.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving mindset and client-focused approach.
• VBA or Macro knowledge is an added advantage.
