Job Role or Description
- Design & implement systems, policies & procedures to facilitate financial control • Introduction and Integration of online donation gateway system. Make procedure and SOPs to streamline the process of granting scholarship and donations as per objective of the trust. Financial Planning and Management Financial reports to management including financial information, cash requirements, project & grant reporting in a timely and accurate manner • Generate, review, analyze, and communicate financial data that reflects actual financial performance against budgets. • Responsible for maintaining adequate funds in the various accounts and preparing fund request in timely manner. Donation & Scholarship Management • Ensure control on almost 6000 scholarship being managed by the trusts. • Develop and implement pre-grant and post grant financial assessments (Due diligence Process) as per policies which will ensure sanction and proper utilization of grants. • Conduct financial audit of grantees and to ensure budget utilization & compliance as per grant agreement, as per policies of the Trusts. • Ensure all grants / donations received are properly accounted as per accounting standards and disbursement are done accurately according to budget and grant agreement.
