Financial Responsibilities

Acquire CASA & Liability accounts through cold calling and market references

Drive sales activities inside and outside the branch
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly liability acquisition targets

Generate business through campaigns, branch walk-ins, referrals & industry associations
Non-Financial Responsibilities
-
Ensure timely account opening and smooth onboarding for NTB customers
-
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service quality
-
Expand branch-level customer base and grow Current Account portfolio
-
Drive overall acquisition and revenue targets as per scorecard
👤 Candidate Profile

2–3 years’ experience in Current Account or Banking Sales
-
Two-wheeler is mandatory
-
Minimum 1 year experience in Banking / Insurance Sales

Applicable for both Male & Female candidates

Maximum age: 35 years
