Job Role or Description

• Project plan factoring in SMART deliverables Execution of plan, troubleshooting Clear and detailed documentation of work Collaboration with internal cross functional teams as well as with external vendors Desired Candidate Profile Studies on textural, tribological & structural properties of various food products Interaction of raw materials and ingredients Food product design Basics of sensory evaluation Understanding of food structural-instrumental-sensorial relationships Hands-on experience of developing relationship between food composition, texture/structural/tribological and sensory attributes Food prototyping Skills : Design of experiments Process optimization for texture studies (both product specific and product agnostic as applicable) Identifying gaps through experimentation (rheology, tribology, texture analysis etc.) Mapping approaches for problem solving Sensory evaluation design for mapping perception to attributes
