Job Role or Description
- 1. Working out pricing changes for finished goods. Co-ordinating with cross functional team on pricing and execution. 2. Checking processing bill of contract manufacturers. 3. Facilitating export transactions coordinating with factories / export team, sales booking, export fee payment fee processing. 4. Computation of manufacturing yield and working out with cross functional team on the same. 5. Co-ordinating with factories / warehouse on stock movement. 6. Verification of GRN done at factories from time to time. 7. Physical verification of stock in assigned location as and when required. 8. Keeping track of competition price / update & change as per laid down process. 9. Monitoring shipments & payment receipts reconciliation on a timely basis w.r.t. credit parties against their sanctioned credit limit days and regular follow up for timely recovery of the same. 10. Compiling Marketing budget being split into various nodes in SAP as advised by the respective Managers. 11. Tracking actual Marketing Spends against the allocated Marketing Budgets in various nodes and providing monthly updates. 12. Creation of new vendor / material codes, purchase requisitions in SAP and Purchase Order release to the vendors. 13. Processing inter-divisional Debit / credit Notes / Vendor Bills and coordinating with Central Finance for timely payment release. 14. Aiding MIS Reports preparation by taking data from SAP.
