Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
📌 Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations – invoice receipt, coding, approvals, and payments (EFT, cheque, wire).
📌 Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and tax regulations (HST).
📌 Perform 3-way matching (PO–Receiving–Invoice) and resolve discrepancies promptly.
📌 Maintain and update vendor master data (new setups, banking details, W8/W9 documentation).
📌 Reconcile AP sub-ledger with the General Ledger monthly and investigate variances.
📌 Prepare HST input tax credit schedules and support month-end accruals (GRNI, un-invoiced liabilities).
📌 Generate AP aging reports and cash requirement reports for liquidity planning.
📌 Support internal and external audits through accurate documentation and reconciliations.
📌 Identify and implement process improvement initiatives like automation and payment optimization.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education: Any Graduate (B.Com in Commerce preferred)
✅ Experience: 2–4 years in Accounts Payable or Finance & Accounting domain
✅ Location Preference: Candidates within a 5 km radius of JP Nagar or willing to relocate
✅ Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working night shifts (US shifts)
✅ Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles & AP process
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP tools
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
