- 1. Ability to train and support Team Members on process related queries
- 2. Handle Urgent Queries / Priority Payments
- 3. Ability to analyze the root cause of an issue and design CAPA
- 4. Ability to understand Teams potential and deploy right skills at right place and create back ups
- 5. Hands on in Fixed Assets, Intercompany, BS Reconciliations and Financial consolidation adjustments
- 6. Closure of Books and supporting Month End Activities
- 7. Define/Set Goals for Team members.
- 8. Strong hold on process performance measurement, reporting and tracking requirements
- 9. Working knowledge of risk mitigation practices to identify and manage the risk and liabilities
- 10. Able to generate accurate reports and highlight issues
- 11 Thorough understanding of quality procedures and techniques along with control measures
- 12. Seeks new thinking in the group activity seeks ideas from teams across area
- 13. Leverage knowledge if processes/work outputs to identify areas of continues improvement to deliver superior result
- 14. High Impact communication – Ability to drive Client conversations independently
